Most Expensive and Most Affordable Burlington Neighbourhoods in May 2021

 

In this post I will show you the most expensive and most affordable neighbourhoods in Burlington in May 2021.

 

I will be using Average Sold Price to determine the rankings.

 

Since each Burlington neighbourhood is unique in what it offers, I have broken down the rankings into Detached, Semi Detached, Townhouses, Condo Apartments and Condo Townhouses. This way you can see which Burlington neighbourhood is most expensive/affordable for your type of home (or the one you are looking for!). I do also provide overall rankings as well at the end this post.
